Body Pump

I'm moving back to Dublin in October after living abroad where I really got into Body Pump classes. Can anyone recommend somewhere in the city centre I could do classes at lunchtime, or after work? Don't want to join a gym... just do Body Pump! Cheers! cwk

that class rocks!! crunch does it but it's called 'body sculpt' and the clarion hotel in ifsc also does it. You can't do it without joining the gym but you could do trials of every gym in the country and do the class for free
