Not so familiar treatment of the scene perhaps.

This is a kids green play area in Tipperary that collapsed a few feet into the ground this week. (Also entered for the motion assignment)

Another one of the NUIG quad.

The processing is very harsh on this, I like it for this shot but I suspect most wont! ;)

You just need the url in the tags, so it'll look like this

Great shot GITR. What time was it taken at? How dark was it? Came out very well! Seems to be some star movement so I assume it was a long exposure?

    Regards,
    Noel.

Thanks Kelly, it was taken sometime between half past eleven and midnight, with a 30 second exposure I think. I was waiting for weeks to be able to take it, not too often we have a cloudless night and a full moon at the same time :D

I can't say I'm overly happy with it because at the time I never checked the histogram, and because it was so dark out there and the camera screen was so bright it looked well exposed, but when I got home they were way underexposed so the shots are all a bit too noisy for my liking.

Must try it again next chance I get.

Begin a 12 page project, or take pictures of the cat?

    The latter.
