How important is it to change your workout regularly?

I've made myself a decent weekly workout plan that I quite enjoy, when should I look to change that and should I just alter it a bit or rehaul the whole thing?

depends a lot on your stats man and the type of workout ...

IMO there is no need to change very often IF - your body shape + fat is exactly where you want it, you are not suffering over use injuries and you are enjoying your workout ... The main thing is progression so lift heavier or more reps or maybe less rest between sets (circuit type training) or with cardio to be able to run faster or further etc ...

change it when you stop making gains imo, if its working its working.
