About 3 months ago I started out at 17stone am now down to 14.8stone and can really feel the difference on my stomach and behind!! But the man boobs are not shifting at all!!! I generally do a lot of Running / cycling thats how the weight has gone!! Am I do something wrong that the weight in the chest is not going or is it just something that comes with time?

what height are you OP? The moobs will go alright but it just takes time and you may need to drop some more weight before they start to shrink, depending on height etc

are you for real? moobs are the result of excess fat, simple as .. It will take more than a week to "tone"

What is your diet like? Do you drink a lot of beer?
    • Beer  = made from hops = oystogren = boobs.
    • Zinc :) = helps keep testosterone levels high and lower levels of oystrogen.
Solution --> drink less beer  and eat more sources of zinc :)(oysters, pumpkins seeds, beef, lamb, pork, crabmeat, turkey, chicken, lobster, clams and salmon).

I used to have a glorious set of boobies - I started looking after my diet & started training with weights. Over the years, cardio exercise ,maybe brought from a d to a c cup. But since I started a good well thought out weights program & followed a strict diet - my belly and boobs have disappeared. It can be done, but it takes hard work.

it just means that you ( like me ) will not lose the moobs fat first. In my case I lost the belly fat first, thunder thighs next and moobs last, thats just the luck of the draw.

Take up your fitness and strength to the next level.

Also, look up ways to optimise your testosterone and minimise oestragen.

Eating right is important as anything.

But also give the weights a shot. But be sure to do stretches first. Its very important to stretch those shoulders and chest before you go near any weights. Otherwise ya feel it next day and stretching helps expand the muscle tissue

Do 2 sets of push-ups every day.
