    HI there,

I finally had an abdominal and pelvic ultrasound today after waiting months and years of pain and the lady doing the scan didn't tell me anything other than asking do i suffer with kidney infections when she was pressing on my bladder...does her silence mean there is nothing or something??? I am so confused..

I get such bad pain and swelling when i am ovulating so much that I can hardly walk, I get shooting stabbing pain right down low just above my pubic bone constantly and they stop me in my tracks but are gone after a few seconds...I know there is something wrong and I just want to know whats going on...my symptoms mimic a lot of different problems, endometriosis, cysts, kidney disease etc...my hair is starting to fall out and my skin itches constantly but I don't have exema or dermatitis...

I know i prob sound like a hypochondriac and I am starting to feel like I am one, I feel like I am going crazy and I am so upset that today didn't hold the answer...I have to wait for the report to go to my doctor in two weeks....

Any advice, ideas or anything from you gals would be great...is it the case that the scanner is not allowed tell you anything???

    thanks :(

Hey, from personal experience I know that the scanner wouldn't tell you anything until the doctors have had a chance to examine the ultrasound pics properly.

I'm sorry you're freaking out but you will need to discuss this with a proper qualified physician.

    Locking thread.

    Maple.
