You can buy ketsugo gel from places online.

It also seems to be available in Superdrug so you could try there also?

If your laser card is a maestro alot of sites will accept the maestro part. Or buy a 3v voucher.

you can also ask your pharmacist for what they would recommend.

Benzolyl Peroxide is pretty good - watch you don't get it on anything nice though because it'll bleach it.

Is that panoxyl gel? yep that has ruined many many of my husbands t shirts.

Do garnier pure do a body wash? their face products are fantastic.

    Hey,

I haven't heard of the products you mentioned but have you tried looking at your diet to help your bad skin? I got two books at home about skin and they both more or less put everything down to what you eat. I find when I dont eat well for a few weeks my skin suffers. According to the books best stuff you can eat is raw fruit and veg.

    best wishes

I say this a lot on here, but I swear by antibiotics.. save your breath with the creams and gels.. it's a bug that you need to cure from the inside out.. I had chronic acne as a teenager, I was so depressed and I was prescrided Minisin (sp) within a month the spots dried up and disappeard, I used Vitamin E cream to get rid of the marks, best thing I ever did for myself.. at the time.. circa 1999 a six month prescription cost about £250 so I would imagine the price has gone up.. but imo it's priceless.. only nasty side effect was occasional heartburn.. also it's not recommended if you're of child baring age and sexually active because it can cause birth defects :o so that would be something to consider, I think there's a contraceptive version of it..

    Best of luck anyway :)

thanx every1 for advice. it could perhaps be bcos of my diet that my skin is bad, ive recently come off the pill after 2 yrs, so ive been putting it down to that, I'd prefer not to go back on the pill 4 a while tho, so exploring alternate options.

i dont feel my skin is that bad yet, that I'd need antibiotics, but i will consider it if it gets worse. ive started using panoxyl last week, hopefully it works,

    suggestions still welcome!!

    xx
