i started playing tag rugby two weeks ago,i play squash too once or twice a week ,and i left weights 3or 4 times a week
we d no subs last week and i played the full 40mins,i m rarely sore after squash, and only normal pains after weights sometimes
but after tag my inner upper thighs were killing me the next day,and while this got less sore the next day again, when i played squash 3days later the pain came back worse, i had to stop playing squash and go home,
i think its the sprinting and running at my max speed thats doin the damage,in squash u only sprint for 10 or 15 meters max, just wondering what stretching and warm ups can i do before tag to help me not get so sore

sounds like your having trouble with your groin, i find leg raises out to the side help warm up this area

kinda like splits? is there anything i can do to speed up them feeling less tight and sore? dont really want to miss tomorrows match, but went to the park today for just a little bit of practice throwing the ball around, and while it wasnt sore, i could feel them
