ERU selection

Hi all first time posting on emergency services but i was just wondering out of curiosity how the ERU run selection ie do you have to be a detective first and how often is selection run? Any responds would be appreciated Thanks

Hi there,
Im afraid I dont believe ERU selection.....or even anything to do with the ERU is open to discussion on the forum im afraid.
