I recently started jogging which is going well and Ive dropped a dress size but my problem is how do i get a leaner upper body chest area. When I wear a strapless dress there is excess fat near the under arm area. Is it just about getting out the weights if so what is the best routine?

Hi far from an expert so wouldn't even start to pretend I know anything but you'll probably get asked to be a bit more specific on how often / how far you jog etc. and what your diet is like before anyone can give you constructive advice

Yes Good point, at the moment jog between 5-8km average 4 times a week. Its a slow and steady pace. Diet is not as good as it should be although is improving. I realise that you have to get rid of the fat but Obv thighs, legs etc are showing the benifits of the running but nothing on the upper body. Also I tense up jogging - im 6ft & i know its a posture issue but Im also looking for some good streches for the shoulder area when finished.

    Hi,

It's impossible to spot-reduce fat. In other words you can't reduce fat in one area, and not in another. If you want to get leaner you need to build muscle and burn more calories than you consume.
