You can find one of these in any run of the mill clothing store. Belt and coffee stain optional.

That's what I look like in the gym anyway!

Actually while we're here anyone know a good place to get Skins. Their website is too expensive for shipping and Elvery's don't seem pushed about getting stock in.

    Thanks,
    Col

I don't like wearing shorts for hygiene reasons (sweat from my legs onto machines & also sitting on other people's sweat). Even though I and most in the gym bring towels & wipe down machines after use, I'd still prefer to avoid this! Having said that, if I'm doing cardio, then shorts are a must unless you want to drop dead from heat exhaustion.

I find coolmax tops brilliant for wicking sweat away from my body & keeping me relatively cool. Definitely stay away from cotton tops.

Expensive though. Are they any different to Canterbury compression gear?

i seen some skins gear in 53 degrees north in blanch a few weeks back.

got myself a couple of tops (not skins, that stuff is not cheap) they had on sale there. €15 each.

i prefer proper "sporty" gear tbh, normal cotton tops tend to stick to me when training, not comfy at all.

I find a difference. They feel different to the Canterbury gear, and I haven't had the same running DOMs in them. Then again, could be a bias in me that's responsible for it.

Anything Nike Dry Fit works well for me.

Try eBay if you want to buy specific gear.

Can clothes make a difference to this?
I'd like to know, because I hadn't had DOMS in AAAAGES till recently when I ran.

    Horrible.:D

Don't know if they have Skins specifically but wiggle.co.uk sell compression base layer stuff... and a great range of cycling/running gear too. That sounded very like I work for them or something, but honestly I don't! Just have bought a load of stuff on that site, they have great discounts :)

If you're a girl http://www.stepnpump.com/viewimage.php?imageid=1008&rangeid=34 has some nice tracksuit bottoms. The tops are a bit tacky though.
