Whats the most amount of fat one can lose a week, Im not talking about weightloss which can include fat, water and muscle im wondering about maximising fatloss and minimising muscle loss?

There are 3500 calories in a lb of fat.

If you maintain a deficit of 500 calories per day that equals a 3500 calorie deficit per week.

Therefore, you could loose 1 lb of fat per week. This is 4lbs per month, or slightly under 2kg.

You wouldn't want to go greater than a 500 deficit per day as you'll start to loose muscle too.

Work out your maintenance calories using www.fitday.com, then subtract 500 to have your calorie intake for the "diet" phase.

I've been running about a 500/day deficit for the last 9 weeks and dropped 11lbs. I can't imagine going much more over a long period. Week 10 weigh-in tonight and I don't think this week was as good (hunger catching up, had a bad weekend etc)
