As in English (!!) and CSPE
Bs in History, Science, Irish, Religion, Home Ec and Business Cs in Maths (delighted, I was expecting an E), French and Geography (which no-one did well in, balls) Worse than my pres because I got 3 As (I went down in History and Religion but up in English) in that and only one C but I'm still happy

Did all honours...
A in science and history. Got a very high B in history and was expected the A. Pleased with the A in science as I'm doing the 3 sciences in LC.
B's in the rest....WTF is the story with that bollox CSPE. I thought it was my gauranteed A. People who wrote **** all for the last question and got a B too. I nearly feel like appealing it if it wasn't such a a pointless subject. B in German aswell, there was hope for an A in it. Happy with my B in English and maths.
C in French...my letter was a complete disaster but I'm doing German in LC anyway.
D in Irish...hoping for a C but it's my worst subject and I did crap in the exam.

EDIT: What does it mean at the bottom left corner of the sheet...
*(A supplementary report exists). I didn't get any of this but I'm curious.

8 B's 3 A'S. I got an A in maths which I'm so happy about because I worked incredibly hard for maths.I'm sort of glad I didn't get all A's, because everyone I know who has done really well at JC has had to repeat the leaving because they got overconfident.

I'm normally really good at English and Science, I get like 90% but this time I just freaked out and panicked. I did one of the English questions twice and though I knew the science, in the exam it just stopped making sense. I got B's in those subjects.

Everyting remained constant or improved:pac:

I got an B in HL Irish, got a C in the mocks.
I got an A in HL English, got a C in the mocks.
Got an A in OL Maths, got a B in the mocks.
Got a B in HL History, got a C in the mocks.
Got a B in HL Geography, only scrapped a B in the mocks.
Got a C in HL Art, meh was expecting it, happy to pass.
Got a D in HL Music, failed in the mocks, I can say with absolute certainty I am not keeping this subject.
Got a B in Science, failed the mocks.
Got a B in CSPE, a B in the mocks. Was kind of disappointed, I must have come down in the project somehow, I did the exam paper well
Got a B in Religion, got a B I think in the mocks.

Overall very happy! I put real study in around the middle of third year and it paid off, really studied as much as I could towards the end:)

Just wondering how people know what level of grade they got ... some saying high B etc... how do/did you find out? Results sheet just gives the grade which covers quite a mark range. Bro got 6Bs & 5Cs (all hons) he was expecting 3 OR 4 As & is bit disappointed but overall happy nuf. He would love to know how close he came tho.

Ok sure since i have time..

English- B : really happy with that . Thought i got a C.

Irish- C : meh, i used alot of mickey-mouse grammer so no suprises there

maths- B : thrilled to bits!:D Failed the mock so was hoping for an honour at least.

French-B : the paper went very well for me so i was happy.

Geography- B : its supposed to be hard to get an A so it was nice to get a B. And i lost my book so i couldnt study :P.

History - C : thought i failed with flying colours. Alleluiah! .

Science- A : love science so im over the moon about it.

Cspe - B : wtf?

Religon - B : not really bothered about religon. But it just proves that if you bulls**t your way through the paper, you can get a good mark!

Was absaloutely delighted as I got 8 A's and 2 B's (All higher). B's in Geo (didn't study cuz i was dropping it) and CSPE which I was a little ticked off about. Can't believe I got an A in english. Practically all my class got C's and D's as the teacher (who is pure sound and fairly decent teacher) hardly ever shows up.

As I have said before, the JC is about giving you the maximum possible marks for what you write in an answer. I'm glad most people who post here did well.
Some people make the mistake of thinking it will be the same in the Leaving and they won't have to work. It won't.

i did basically the same, though i found most of our mocks far easier than the proper ones, so i was so shocked with how well i did.
English and Maths-A ( B in the mocks even though i thought it was easier)
Business went up from a B to an A
History, Geography, French, Science, Irish A in both (So relieved with Irish and Science as i'm in an irish school and doing the Science subjects)
Art went from an A to be B (was disappointing i put a lot of work into it)
B in CPSE too. Was so disappointed in that:P
