    Hi Folks,
    I'm just after buying a little cottage and am getting some work done on it - I would like to get some ballpark figures for jobes done so that when the builder comes back with a price I'll know, in or around, if I should bite his hand off or tell him to get stuffed!!

    Walls need a new skimcoat of plaster in 3 rooms

    1) Livning Room 8'10 by 16'7 - including blocking up a fireplace
    2) bedroom 9'5 by 6'7
    3) bedroom 6.7 by 12'2

    Also getting 2 Velux windows put in...the roof is exposed to the ceiling if you know what I mean, what would you think they would cost each?

    Also the doors into the two bedrooms are smaller than normal doors, what would the cost by for smaller sized doors?

    Any feedback / ideas would be much appreciated!!!
