Swap components from one bike to another

I've got 2 bikes which are:

Planet X Ti Sportive which is Dura-Ace 7800 everything apart from the chainset which Mega Exo Compact 50/34.

My other bike is a Scott CR1 Team which is full 105 groupset.

Both bikes weight almost exactly the same with Scott having the lighter frame and heavier components the Planet X the opposite.

I will be using the Planet X throughout the winter for my commute and most other rides so it seems to me that it would probably be more sensible to move all the nice dura-ace stuff off the Planet X and put them Scott as wear on the Dura-Ace is going to be more costly than the 105. Plus it means I end up with nice lighter bike and another bike which still isn't a real heavyweight either.

I have no technical skills at all. I can adjust gears and brakes and setup levers and bars and that's as far as I have tried anything. So it would probably mean getting the LBS to do this for me. I have limited tools. I would anticipate my major problem would be in the bottom bracket/chainset area as these are likely to require skills way beyond what I have. The rest I reckon I could but don't want to make a total hash of things. I got cables recently from Probikekit on special offer (£4.20 odd) so have that already though might get some nicer cable just for the Dura-Ace bike.

What do you reckon would be a reasonable cost for this work as I would prefer not to get ripped off.

Sorry for the rather long winded thread - just trying to answer questions before they are asked :D

    Thanks

    Consider this option.

Don't drive so getting down to Dublin with 2 bikes would be next to impossible unfortunately though with those recommendations I will certainly bear him in mind in the future if I decide an major overhaul on one of the bikes on their own needs done or decide to buy another bike which the equivalent of an IKEA flat pack :D

Sorry, I'm so used to people not putting their location on their profile I forgot to check!

TBH I doubt this will be cost effective. A full frame swap might cost €70+ per bike (judging by the quotes I've had), maybe a bit of a discount for the two but is it really worth paying that just for a few months before paying the same to swap it all back again?

Not planning on moving the components back again. £70 a bike minimum then. So could be up to £200. Will have to mull this one over.
