    I started doing lifting a while ago but not knowing i was doing everything wrong, so now i have searched the web and read everything i could so i am now starting a new plan from tomorrow on.

    My hight is 6.1 and i weight is 12.7 stone.

    My goal is to put bulk up cos i have thin build,

    So please tell me if im doing sumtin wrong with my eating and excerise thank you all comments welcome..






    9.00 breakfast = porridge with full fat milk,yoghurt and shake.
    11.30 snack =chicken, turkey salad brown bread & banana.
    1.30 lunch= scrambled eggs or boiled with brown bread & apple.
    3.30 (snack)
    5.30 dinner= potatoes, veg, meat, fish,etc & weight gain shake.
    7.00 workout
    8.00 post workout-weight shake
    10.00 (snack)

    Snacks could be atin really and is my timing ok with shakes workout etc.

    Monday--wednesday

    squats = 5x5
    deadlift = 1x5
    push-ups = 3xf
    bench press = 5x5
    overhead press = 5x5


    tuesday--thursday

    squats = 5x5
    deadlift = 1x5
    reverse crunch = 3x12
    bench press = 5x5
    overhead press = 5x5


    What ele should i be adding in on my routine or am i just all over the place, please help me ha!!!

    looks good but i would swap the 5.30 and 8.30 meals ..

    thanks for the reply yes i was thinking that aswell.

    what do u think about the routine could i add more to it and am i only working on the muscles each day.

    diet looks good try bring your reps up to 8.

    You are doing squat, bench, deadlift and overhead press 4 days in a row (mon, tues, wed, thurs)?

    That is way too much. You need recovery time.

    You should include pull ups, chin ups, lat pull down or some kind of row.

    Maybe don't do pushups to failure on the same day as Bench.

    Seeing as you are doing the movements you might try:

    And do them as they are written on the sites.
    3 lifts one day
    3 lifts the other.

    If you have read those sites, properly, you would see how important it is to rest.
