Hey there, newbie as ya can see, I do a bit of lurking reading now and again, thought I'd ask some advice on a exercise vid I downloaded

26, female, reasonably happy with my weight, I'm a normal weight for my height, have more fat than I'd like though, I have a dog so go for a 30min walk with him each night, i reckon I'd be much happier a few pounds lighter and more toned.

The vid i downloaded is the 30 day shred by Jillian Michaels, ya know the female in the biggest loser? It's a interval/circut training style vid i think, 3 levels, supposedly you do 10 days at level 1 then 10 at 2 and 10 at 3, I'm not too bothered about this as I'm not looking for a quick fix in 30days as such, want to use it to kick start a more regular exercise routine hopefully

Based on a 3-2-1 circuit, 3mins of cardio, 2 mins strength then 1 min abs repeated 3 times........ my question is do you think this should be done on consecutive days, I thought that you were suppsed to leave days off inbetween certain exercises? I don't want to start it and then end up being so sore 2days in that i give up already, any thoughts appreciated? Thanks

oh as well each section last bout 25mins, warm up and cooldown included, cheers
