So if I go out and train hard on monday, feeling sore tuesday but train different bodyparts, is that okay?
If I do chest and shoulders on different days maybe my arms arent fully recovered so dont push the weight as much as poss?Wouldnt this happen with a total body workout aswell, wasting the energy on the bench before the shoulder press?
The worry is if your muscles are finished rebuilding or not since the last session, if I take a pre/post workout drink like no shotgun or the likes does this speed up or is that just hype..?

shoulders some into play in the bench so the DOMS would affect your shoulder pressing.
maybe do chest and triceps on Day 1, then go legs or back on day 2 and then train shoulders directly on day three or even day 4

I wouldnt really train shoulders and chest on the same day like.

I do bench monday, deadlift tues, conditioning wed, shoulders thursday and legs fri at the moment
