Hi being the good brother that I am I really want to help my sister get in shape(She wants to like) She is just beginning college and her diet is terrible and since she stopped playing GAA she really doesn't get much other exercise(well basketball the odd time)

In a way she's lucky, she's not like a dumpling, she carries the weight as she is tall but well to use the hated term she wants to 'tone up'

Now starting college she says she's gonna join the gym but I want to ensure that she lasts, rather than getting demotivated after a week.

How would you advise she ease herself into the gym so as he enjoys it and keeps it up? Could anyone recommend a good programme for her.
