Free is good but if people think it'd be super boring just meeting up in Stephen's green then I guess we can't do that, I wouldn't mind, I'd be going for the people rather than the activity.

Also would it be hassle to post directions from somewhere any mucksavage can find? (Spire, Train Station, Busáras, etc.)

Hate to be the Devil's Advocate, but wouldn't the cinema be kind of a crap way of meeting up? Sit quietly in the dark together for two hours, trying to ignore the sound of Pygmalion and JJ's brief but frantic lovemaking? Dossing around on the green would be better than that. IMHO.

I've already done a boards meetup on a different forum and there's really no big deal to it, but I guess I can see why some people might find it a bit off-putting. The hardest part is making sure you actually find the right people but after that you're grand. Hell I'll even meet up with ye if I'm around. Not like I've anything better to be doing anyway!
