Also some Oxford/Cambridge (Farina),A35,A40 parts. These are all original 1960's parts and not cheap re-makes. Some new parts too. All at reasonable prices as I need the space.

D'you want to PM me a contact number and/or list the Minor parts here. Brother has a project in the garage the last 10 years and I think it's getting near time to finish it... from memory it'll need a couple of panels, clutch, brakes and I'm sure some other stuff.

    Hi ..

I have a Mercedes 300CE (w124) in pretty good condition .. regularly serviced .. leather everything, electric seats, new tires..

Currently parked up and not starting - Last run in October .. Possible fuel filter problem but would have to be picked up

Would keep if I could afford to tax and insure it :-) Thought I'd put it up here in case anyone might be interested or might lnow some one who might like her rather than going for scrappage

I've a '76 B engine and overdrive gearbox here - I suppose that adapter plate is no good to you? You could have it for nothing if it was useful.

I have an original Irish 1982 W123 200 auto for sale (spares or restoration). It has not
been started for about 7 years, but was fine when parked up. Engine (105) is good, replacement crankshaft, oil pump, great oil pressure. Diffs, gearbox, steering all perfect. Body (blue) is rusted, slight damage to front n/s wing. Has rear seat belts, tinted windscreen. Radiator, water pump have been replaced.

I want €300 (firm). Would make a great donor.

    Not your ornery onager

Still on the lookout for a good Mini shell for a rebuild, must qualify for classic tax, and be cheap. Honesty preferred - drove an hour today to see a shell the owner described as 'good' in an eMail, and it was little more than a sieve with a brown stain underneath.

    1978 preferred :)

i'm looking for a nice useable classic, must be vintage tax or vintage tax next year. prefer nct exempt but i'd be keeping her tip top so no more than a preference. condition and quality are more important thant marque.
prefer manual, has to be desireable when new and has to be at least 6 cylinders.

ideas are good but i'm looking for this a while now and you wouldn't believe the crap (well ye would but i was surprised)

budget depends on boxes ticked, i have 4 classic bikes so i know i'll end up with a few classic cars but this will be my first.

    thanks

Ok lads the search is on, I think I'm looking for a Capri.

    Since I sold my last Capri I've had a Mk2 Escort , a Mk3 Escort , a Mk4 Escort and a Mk4 Cortina, but I've had a longing for another Capri for a while.

Now i need to know whats out there Mk2,Mk3 1.6 2.0 2.8 must be in roadworthy condition. A pre 80 Mk3 would be ideal obviously for cheap tax and non nct.

    Cheers,
    Mike blink.gif
