Hi Guys, I am 5" 8 I have lost nearly 1.5stone, from 12.4 to now 10stone 12lbs. I do plenty of cardio maybe 3-4times a week so no issue their. I am pretty slim now, but I still have bit of fat that I want hardened and I want to add a little definition to my upper body/abs etc as all the cardio just makes you look skinny and gives u no shape. Anyway I am not great with weights. I cannot really afford the gym as I am jobless. This is what I have at home

    Mat
    Dumbbells
    Abs Roller
    Bodylastics things(or kind of similar/nike)
    Exercise ball

my diet is pretty ok, I have post it a few times and was told it was fine.

Any idea on what routine I should do. in layman’s terms please:D

Loads of exercises you can do without gym equipment. Press ups. Squats. Lunges. Sit ups. etc. etc.

It's worth having a search back through the forum. There have been a few threads asking for exercises that don't need equipment.
