Power Clean & Press Help

Should I separate them and go heavier on the cleans and do shoulder press or push press separately?

Or is it more beneficial to do both together? I'm pretty sure I could add a fair bit to my cleans but the press part will most likely max out after another few kilos?

I could even superset- heavier Power cleans, with a lighter push press..

    Thoughts?

What are your goals? Are you training for a particular purpose?

If you want to progress steadily on both then split them up.

Basically im at about 15% body fat and I want to get to 10%. I also want to get as strong as possible in every area... So when i start my bulk I can lift as heavy as possible

How many reps/sets are you doing now?

You're always going to be able to clean more than you press, I think. I like to to 8 sets of 3 clean and press, I find that my form on the clean gets a bit messy after 3 reps and it means I'm pressing more than I would on 5x5.
