    I know i posted one of these a few months ago... but i'll be starting whatever it is i do within the next 3 weeks.

    So.. what will it be.

    I would like to do something with a view to possibly competing in Feb, or at least benching depending on what way my numbers stack up.

    I'm just not quite sure what i'm going to do.

    This yoke is trying to tell me i'd have a 150 bench 200 deadlift and 170 squat after 9 weeks..... i'm callin shens!!

    its not really that impressive, its telling me it will increase my bench by 5kg, squat by 5kg and deadlift by 7.5kg, in 9 weeks, doesnt seem that great.

    it's all relative, they're pretty serious jumps for me.

    What? So could Ed Coan. It's not like it stops working once you squat, bench and deadlift > bodyweight!

    I thought you were talking about Cardio which was slightly confusing.. nevermind im tired!!

    i thought when you got to a certain level, you couldnt just keep increasing weights per session? im still lookin for a program btw :D
