    Hi,
    My big sister left home tday to work abroad. My Mom is upset obviously and said she heard of a book for coping with your daughter leaving, only she can't remember the name.

    any recommendations?

    My recommendation is don't post in AH, asking for advice.
    You'll get the piss ripped out of you.

    Try asking in the books forum! or the ladies' lounge, maybe?

    How about you rent a movie for her instead of a book?

    I remommend this, it's about a girl that leaves home, her trials and tribulations and how her family deals with it.
