Double room available in very nice apartment on North Great George's Street (just a stone's throw from O'Connell Street) from September 7th.
Sharing the apartment with two postgrads.

The apartment itself is clean, spacious and bright, with a large living/dining area, kitchen, two double bedrooms, bathroom, and a seperate hallway. It is in a quiet building with only one apartment on each floor. It is only a 10-15 minute walk to Trinity, and a 2 minute walk to bus stops serving UCD.

The available room is a good size, with a double bed and a wardrobe, and is available for €490 per month.
