    I suffer terribly from sore calves, they begin to burn very soon after i start running and will be sore for days and days after, ive begun to think that its not just lactic acid and i have done lots and lots of stretching and it hasnt helped. i am quite fit but do feel it holds me back massively.

    someone mentioned to me recently it might be a problem with my muscle fascia, that its constantly tight.

    does anyone have and advice info on this?
