increase your speed...how would you do it?

    I want to increase my acceleration and maybe vertical jump as well?

    I was thinking I'd do short sprints maybe 10 30 metre 10 50 metre and for vertical jump I'd get a box and do plyometrics.

    I'm very new to this and want to improve for soccer and gaelic.

    How would I go about organising my training sessions?

    How would I know if I'm making progress?

    How do I ensure I don't lose any stamina?
