Perhaps we will have Cody and Goldust come out in polka dots as the new tag team Rhodes and Runnels ?

The Big Show will meet Mark Henry whereas Chris Jericho will go one-on-one with MVP.

Maybe they will just meet in the middle of the ring, shake hands, then piss off so we can see a longer Y2J MVP match.

    Or maybe not..........

if only this was the BWE

You can use it next week if ya want;)

In all seriousness if Y2J and MVP had a match on smackdown i would be looking forward to it, these matches rarely get time on RAW anymore but I live in hope.

tbh considering the recent standard of Raw i think its a fair trade having to sit through (or FF if you sky plus it) Show/Henry to get what should be a quality match in Jericho/MVP.

Dusty Rhodes should be decent too so you never know there is hope for this Raw... or is that just wishfull thinking

    Sky Plus in my case.

I know what you mean, I can't see Big Show v Henry going long.

Wishful thinking, perhaps but real wishful thinking would be hoping for Samckdown to be moved to Monday nights and shown live....

Am I the only one who thinks that Big Show and Henry could be good. Firstly, Henry has a realistic chance against Show unlike most of his opponents so it'll lend something to the match.

Henry should be able to slam Show and Show should be able to slam Henry. Neither of these men are slammed often so if the match is done right it'll be all about who can get the first slam and both of these guys have been in the business long enough to work the match around that basic psychological concept.

Plus both guys have been getting pushed lately, but as Henrys' has been a singles push and as a face I expect him to pick up the win.

    *Mark Henry vs. Big Show

    *MVP vs. Chris Jericho

    Cody in the main event!!

Cody -vs- Orton in a title match, Dusty in Codys corner and Cena as ref. Should be interesting to see how that pans out. Cody to turn on daddy or Ted to screw Rhodes I think

Wait, winner gets a womens title match tonight, not at Breaking Point? 2 womens watches in one night? Oh huzzah

Vince has probably forgotten at this stage and is just trying to find ways he finds funnier each week to screw with Chavo, but atleast Evan Bourne is slowley being intorduced to it.

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 9,972 ✭✭✭orestes

I cannot remember the last time I hated WWE so much, honestly

And the fact that Evan is being introduced into this crap makes me worry about his future too, what a waste of two excellent talents

Cant WWE send Chavio and Evan to ECW and Christian to SD

Thank god for SD and ECW because RAW is bloody awful

Didn't DX say they'd never do anything like The Fingerpoke of Doom:

    Raw checklist:

Too many skits, not enough wrestling: check

DX being stupid and doing that "jokingly plugging our dvds even though we actually really want you people to buy them" skit: check

Guest host who doesnt do a whole lot: check

    Pointless womens match: double check

Chavo being embarassed in stupid match as only Vince finds this **** funny: check

"shocking" swerve at the end you could see coming a mile away: check

Yup, business as usual in the Raw camp

MVP and Jericho was a decent match, aside from that, piss poor as usual, I'm giving up watching Raw, SD and ECW only from now on

Didn't see any of RAW. How did the Henry v Show match go? Was it a tense psychological affair or a quick (time wise) match with little or no substance?

It usually means we are drunk, you usually need a 3 or 4 beer head-start if you're gonna watch Raw live these days

Jaysus I thought Raw was Woo Woo Woo.

Only Boo Hoo Hoo moments were Chavo and the show v henry match.

I enjoyed the rest. I dunno i must be gone mad.

Enjoyed the US title match. Great to see Kofi doing his thing. MVP and Y2J put on a good match, they got lots into the time they had.

Liked the fact Legacy layed out DX and Cena. The ending created hostitlty between Cody and Orton, its the first time Cody has looked importnat since Legacy formed so i'm happy with that.

would like to see him as full time GM of raw

Cody came across well as someone to feel sympathy for. Were the crowd chanting his name at the very end?

    Yeah, they were.

I thought the show was largely horrible. But i enjoyed the angle with Legacy, Dusty and Cena. Orton looked like a mega-heel for once, and it's added an interesting dynamic to his faction. Plus, it actually built towards the next PPV.

It was actually the moment to turn Cody, in my opinion, and I don't think they'll get a better opportunity. Cody's facials were brilliant and the crowd were chanting his name and he did nothing. It was a lost opportunity if you ask me as that crowd would have popped huge if Cody went at it with Orton.

Yet another crap Raw...why do I keep watching this sh!t:confused:
