    Well no obviously not. But using a php page to serve up an image with a rotating background colour isn't the same thing as just having a PNG file is it now?

    But how are people to know what you mean by reform? :confused: You could always post your thoughts on another site if you're worried about a feedback thread getting locked. Just seems a bit pointless the way it is now. I mean even if all the mods decided that yes, it's time to reform, we still wouldn't know what it is you want from us.

    But you're right. This is getting miles off topic.
