Where do you buy your's from, be it capsules or bottles?

Is H+B a good option or is the quality an issue?

Personally, I'd rather have fish oil than flax. Fish oil has a more available form of Omega 3, and flax oil can go rancid very easily.

Look at the amount of EHA and DHA per capsule or serving. Anything less than 180mg EHA and 120mg DHA probably isn't worth bothering with, unless you got an amazing bargain on price and are willing to pop a a few.

I buy all sorts of fish oil, H&B as well as some of the more upmarket ones.

or Krill oil is good but more expensive. Iherb is also a good place to get them.

flax oil in H&B is not in the fridge like it should be. Then you wonder if in the health shops where it is in the fridge whether ot nopt it was sitting on the floor in csome store room at room temp for a few months.

Buy flax seeds and grind them yourself or else buy flax powder from one fo the online bulk suppliers. Cheap in comparison to flax oil

    I take both.

    Flaxseed is awesome in salads.
It's like €2.50 a bag in Tesco's from Virginia Harvest and it keeps good for 2 months.
Don't buy Linwoods, they are a rip off.

Fish oil caps all the way.
