I found a good set of 3 bands in either Lidl or Aldi last year, if you keep an eye out they might have them again, they tend to have certain specials every now and then like fitness, skiing, office supplies etc.

I would recommend the Gray Cook FMT Bands, use it in nearly every gym session. The band can be used for a large range of exercises, very handy door attachment.

    Hi All

A little late to the topic, but I recently picked up a set of these, mostly to help with shoulder rehab at home and think they are really good.

Wide range of resistance available by mixing the bands and really well made. The selection of handles and the gizmo for the door are really good.

    Best Regards,
