    When a few people get in, just pretend to be on the phone and say "Nah..I'm not sure if it's contagious...it just feels like normal flu though"

    Once people have boarded start "reading" safety instructions out loud:

    "in case of an e merge ency dooo not panic. If the ele vat ooor cable does not break your rate of surv iiiiv uuul is pretty good.
    If the cable does break jumping before impact will not help....."

    When there's only one other person in the elvator, tap them on the shoulder and then pretend it wasn't you.

    Stand at the back of the elevator and start breathing really loudly when the door closes. After a while stop breathing and hold your throat. Once the door opens, shove everyone out of your way and take huge gulps of air.
