    All,

Some of you have seen 'Stephanie' in the Lance thread. Here's the next project. One xtracycle and a 10 year old Gary Fisher Big Sur. I've got some Big Apples for tyres and a new cassette and chain(s).

Mr. Skeffington* has kindly agreed to complete the 'merger'.
I'll probably get the Free Radical kit from these guys, who are a bit more expensive than buying direct from the US, but I hope I get the service in the long run.

Anyway, I know penexper has a Big Surly, but anyone with an xtracycle conversion?

If anyone thinks I'm mad, at least the Litespeed and Dawes are still 'intact'!

    DFD

*Mr. Skeff thread should be a sticky in both forums.

Sounds good. Would be interested to know how you get on.

Just a point, the FreeRadical kit comes with an add-on chain and long rear brake/derailleur cables.

Will let you know. I understand there's an add-on chain, but the add-on chain wouldn't work with the worn cassette, so I need to replace the cassette and the original chain and I just though, for prudence sake, I'd get another chain as well.

    .

I've got an xtracycle, attached to a 15 year old rockhopper, are you looking for specific info?

BTW, the xtracycle is an awesome piece of equipment!
