    WE HAVE GOTTEN A REALLY GOOD TRAINER WITH TONS OF EXPERIENCE IN MMA

    Yeah I definitely gonna do it :D

    Gave up on the aul martial arts when I injured my knee a few years ago, but it's (mostly) better now!

    Yeah, i was thinking of getting a thai coach in to do a full class just for thai boxing every so often. it should be good, hardest part was finding an actual MMA trainer! but i found one :D

    Well done on that:D I was looking for either BJJ or MMA last year in cork but couldn't find anything, well at least CIT have it now. Thanks for finding a trainer;)

    Yeah man, it wasnt very easy finding a trainer. Esp finding some one who can actually coach mma! not many guys around. so yeah, come along and it should be good, will be doing alot of grappling/submission/bjj stuff :cool:

    after sports day next week sometime I would assume. Thats when all the clubs and socs start up again.

    Yeah as suppafly said it'll be after next tuesday the 22nd, sports and socs day.

    so most things would be up and running the week after
