Hey guys, I'm currently 9 stone and I want to start eating healthy, but to be quite honest, I read the supplement post and i'm still confused on what I should eat. I'm 16, and i'm trying to get stronger. Does anybody have any ideas what I should be eating, everyday items, or where I can get some good food/shakes for realitivly cheap? As I don't have a job.

    My current workout: http://www.boards.ie/vbulletin/showt...p?t=2055662841

Cheers guys, really appreciate all the advice you guys have helped me with!

I'd say a good bit, basicly if I were to ask them to buy me a few curtain types of foods, they would be glad to buy them, as long as I actually ate the things :)

I don't useally cook my own dinners, but snacks I do, like waffles, and tortillas I would, but I can always learn how to cook my own if needed!

    Cheers

    Hi Rob

Don't bother with the supplement thread for now. You need to get your actual diet in order first. Then and only then should you consider supplements to fill any gaps. Supplements are not magic pills/potions. You should try and meet as much of your nutritional needs from whole foods.

Read this thread from beginning to end and then if you have any questions come back and post them.

    Hope that helps some.
