Irishtown Stadium Gym

    Hello

    Has anyone ever used the Irishtown stadium gym ?

    Any comments on it ?

    Are the free weights any good ?

    Is there an olympic bench there ?? An inclined/declined bench ??

    ye i joined theyre about 2 months ago. It has dumbells up to 50kgs with olympic bar , bench, smith machine and enough plates for ronnie coleman. i was in westwood in sandymount, crunch in ucd and sportsco in ringsend. it far better than all of them. go anytime before 6 o clock and u basically have the gym to yourself

    I think its 40 Euro if you join for a month at a time

    or else the yearly membership is 300 Euro

    NO the above is not the sportsco rates

    Sportsco is on SOuth lotts raod and Irishtown stadium is in Irishtown , they are about a mile apart
