Just wondring if there's an Ann Summers or any other decent lingerie shop in Galway city. I'm looking for somewhere that sells air hostess outfits etc.

I know there's shop on the corner across from Neachtains that has sexy lingerie, nice for when you sit outside having a pint.

There's a sex-shop on the small road between the back entrance of the Eyre Square Centre and the road that leads to the library. (out the exit by the toilets, then turn left as if you were walking around to the car park entrance)

They sells loads of different costumes. Got my nurses one there, and they had a few different ones!!

On another note, I heard Ann Summers may be in Galway by 2010!! YIPPIEEEE!!!

Put a self-conscious woman in sexy underwear and all it will do is make her feel a million times more uncomfortable. I'd hold off on the sexy lingerie until she gets her confidence back!

Underwear may be the last thing she needs, she's probably too exhausted to enjoy some roleplaying fun at the moment. Maybe a bottle of massage oil? With due respect its not what your thinking its a confidence boost and i got it sorted thanks. Its complicated i really only wanted ideas not feedback on her thinking but sincerly thanks. If you knew me you would not have said the above.

THe one thing to remember is stuff you think is sexy will make her feel worse! If you really want to surprise her, go to somewhere decent like BT's, Debenhams which would be less threatening and ask one of the assistants for help. Go armed with her sizes and ask for something tasteful, not overtly sexy

Agent Provocateur is always a winner but fairly pricy; worth it if you can afford it tho!


La senza have some nice bits which are a bit more realistic pricewise; buy from their UK site tho, as the euro price difference is shocking.

I really like this site aswell, they take laser and deliver very promptly; have been very pleased with anything I've ordered from them, good quality and very sexy:).

May I suggest tho that aswell as the hot sexy stuff you go buy her nice loungewear or some such too, M&S do lovely stuff as part of their Autograph range and they are so comfy and not at all frumpy; a voucher for a spa day or even just a facial or hair dressers voucher would be very well received too. I think what you're doing is very sweet and wish you well with it and and of course with the new born;)
