Yes it does, but this is not a pure martingale. The lad done it as far as i can see on the premise of hitting a winner in the first 3 bets, if he didnt then the aim switched to limiting losses, then starting again to get 1 in 3. As at the prices he was using he should have been able to get 1 in 3 more often than not.

Its about limiting losses at these stages.

Purely cogged from the guy, stakes are x, 2x, 4x, 6x, 8x, 12.5x .

I was looking at that bet myself and I might start a second £2 on it. I'll see after team news.

If people could follow a similar template to the one I used it may help people who are tracking the thread to be able to understand how everyone is going a little easier.

Getting worried about Atletico. VEry lucky to be going in at HT 1 goal up. Don't look too fussed about going for the 2nd goal which was my worry. Hopefully they'll come out the second half with a bit more determination.

Portsmout 3-0 up at HT. So look like we are safe there!
