love handles!

    Hi all,

    Im probably going to get laughed at for asking this question but .....

    Is there anything in particular I can do, exercise wise, to get rid of my love handles!!

    Im not overweight, I walk every day, and I play soccer once a week, but these love handles never seem to budge!!

    Any help greatly appreciated!

    You can't lose bodyfat from one area of your body in particular.

    To lose your love handles you'll have to lose bodyfat from all over your body. So more intensive exercise, a good clean diet and a good weights program should sort you out.

    I had the same problem. I found that what I ate caused the problem. Food that give your body an blood sugar spike are to blame. White carbohydrates (white bread, rice, pasta) and fatty and sugary foods (sugar, breakfast cereal, cakes etc) caused the problem.

    If you want to make your midsection lean then it's all diet as far as I'm concerned. Mine are still not 100% gone but I'm nearly there and it's definitely due to what I eat.
