Plain bras

This may sound strange, but I'm finding it pretty much impossible to find a plain, ordinary bra. I usually wear tight fitting clothes, often with light material. So I want something that isn't padded, doesn't have seams and isn't lacey or fancy (or expensive!). But I do like underwired ones. Dunnes and Tesco used to sell them, but don't anymore. Does anyone have any idea where I could find any?

M&S do plain bras - usually around 14

I swear by Fantasie soft unmoulded Bras, they are quite expensive off-line, but you can get them on ebay for about €20.
Balcony style bras give great support for the larger size. Their neutral colours are great too, and the smoothing bras aren't padded, but give a great natural shape.

Debenhams have plain cotton ones. I bought non underwired but they also had underwired. They were in packs of two and about €12.

If you wear tight fitting clothes with light material you might want to invest in something that's lightly padded. Smuggling peanuts can be pretty embarrassing in work!!:)

    OP,

Try the Dunnes Body ones... I think they disappeared for a while, but they're back and cheaper in price than before. No frills or lace, just plain (either black or white), underwired moulded cup... and comfy as anything!

Wearing one now and they are so comfortable and a bargain too;). Would not say the same for the non padded though....the wire pokes out first day wearing and prods me boobs., Bin Bin Bin.
