Hi I'm 17 6'3 and 11 stone but im looking to put on a bit more muscle.
I'm training 3 times a week basketball so fitness isnt an issue (got 13.6 on bleep test ;)).

Can anyone give me a workout structure? Oh yeah would prefer to do it from home rather then gym.(have dumbells)

Base a workout on squats, bench press, deadlift, stiffleg deadlift, step-ups, lunges, bent over rows, hyper-extension, plank, military press, dips, pull-ups, pullovers, wood chopper etc.

Almost all of those can be done at home with basic weights. You can vary them a bit so you are not doing the same thing all the time, or you can do heavy weights/low reps one day, and lighter weights/explosive the next.
