    ***FINAL DETAILS***

Ok, Sublounge wouldnt let us reserve, so it had to be moved to TP Smiths.
so details, in bullet points for people:

    Saturday 31st October

    Upstairs in TP Smiths

    8.30pm +

Area is booked for 30+ people.

TP Smiths is having a fancy dress night aswell, so that should be fun.

I'm not going to even bother with a joke guest list or anything to do with the other "weird" forums for the night because even though its open to everyone to come, people got bent out of shape over people being named (even tongue in cheek) "guests of honor"

Cheers to TP Smiths for being awesome and saving the day.
Cheers also to those people that offered to help/smack people for me. Appreciated muchly ^_^

Nerin.....buddy, everybody is not going to fit into Karma that's for sure. The beers I went to there got full up very quickly. Where was it held last year? I'd be up for it anyway.

Cafe en Seine? At least everybody will have the loads of room and it will enable as many as possible to arrive.

I don't know actually. There's not many options, especially if loads are coming (which they will be). It will be packed that's for sure.

Ha... and everyone might just be able to afford two drinks over the evening.

Halloween beers are always fun... missed out on it last year and I had an awesome costume prepared and everything.

I'm already working on this years costume.. it's going to be special.

I really need to start doing more with my time because it's going by too fast. :p Well after the rave reviews The Sub Lounge got, surely that must be a main contender. :)

You can feel it in the air and when you walk in the countryside.
The most sacred of all noc holidays is but two months away.
This has been in the works for a while, so here we go, lets discuss!

Halloween is on a Saturday Night this year.
As the elder Nocs know, the festival runs the day before and day after, so we can do this Friday or Saturday.

This is a cross forum beers, and i will be extending the Noc hand of friendship to the regulars of the following forums (not limited to, but guests of honor if you get me) :

    • Nocturnal Forum (Thats us...woooo :p)
    • Zombie Survival (Brothers in arms)

Any other suggestions (needs a reason why theyre weird :D) please leave them.

Karma, TP Smiths and The Sub Lounge are places im leaving for choice.

So, mark yer calenders, get your "costumes", and prepare for an epic beers and a happy halloween! :)

    *cough* you missed one! :pac:

I should be able to attend. However I'd say that we should have it on a Saturday this time as I know some people can't normally attend on Fridays so we should give them a chance. Plus it wouldn't be a proper Halloween beers unless it was on Halloween.

Now I must post this.. tis the rules.

That place charges €6.50 for Miller. Plus it's a 'trendy' (read: pretentious place, very unNocy.

I know Galv...but with so many people attending, any idea as to which would be the best place to house them all.

    Bleeding Horse maybe!!!

All we need is an abandoned warehouse, a generator, sound system, few crates of beer and boxes of Vodka/Jagr/Whiskey.

Throw in some chairs, a few been/buda bags and were sorted.

I think wherever it is will have to be normal age policy ... even if it would be one way to spare people's toes!! :p

Maybe a casual mini- warm-up beers on the Friday, and the main full-dress event on the Saturday night?

Would mean that at least those that could only do Friday wouldn't be totally left out, and might double the chances of us out-of-towners with full (if boring!) diaries getting to one or the other ... might indeed encourage a few more of the distant people who were free to go and make a weekend of it?

Just a couple of thoughts, really, I have no experience whatsoever of organising boards beers ...

Or it's an opportunity for me to wear two of my many costumes.

Friday would be much better imo, because then most everyone will get to play dress up twice.
As the Normies types will celebrate on the actual day.

I like TP smiths, but it lacks social flow for a beers.

I've bounced between there and Fibbers in full costume a few times over the years with no problems.

And with the way it going {back in it old sewer building} they happily take the revenue.

and i dont think real goth'd would appreciate the costumed nocturnals!

Well the story goes as follows, it's a little hazy as a lot of jager was consumed, but I think I threatened to hit somebody over the head with my thingy. I unbuckled then they grabbed my pants and ripped them off so I was left standing with my arse out

Yay! Excitedsies :D Either day is fine by me, but Saturday makes more sense from a costumey point of view cos otherwise I'll have to rush home from work etc.

Also, Sub Lounge please! TP's is great, but no late bar.
