    Hey..

    Just discovered this yesterday, thought it would be great for any ladies experiencing the same problem(or boys :D)

    Yarrow is mazing for bloating. If you put 20-30 drops in a glass of water 15 mins before you eat. I only started yesterday and i'm feeling great!
    Also for any girls into the spiritual side amythest is supposed to be great,I've been wearing it past couple of days...

    You can buy Yarrow in any health food store and some chemists

    Any health food shop, holland and barrett etc...
    I got mine in the Hopsack in RAthmines Swan Centre, staff there were great, very helpful.
