I went up to 10st(Normal weight is 8) I managed to get down to 9st in a month.

I'd like to get to 8 and a half in the next two weeks....and especially tone up my arms

i'm a veggie so i eat mostly greens and rice and pasta, quorn and tofu, potatoes.

Could I have some advice as to the right exercises to tone up my bingo wings, I have a set of weights and.....
    Thanks guys

As the last poster mentioned you can't target a specific area to lose weight, however get stuck in to the weights. Not too heavy, 2kg dumbbells even. Alternate between seated bicep curls and tricep kickbacks. Work up to 5 sets of 30 of each. You may not see real results in the short time frame you have but it will get the ball rolling. Don't forget your cardio work too, they go hand in hand. Good Luck.

    2 weeks just isnt enough

and IMO if you loose weight that fast you will put it all back on very quickly

Why such light weights & high reps. If she wants definition on the arms then I would think she should be training for hypertrophy, which would generally be heavy weights, 2-3sets of 8-12reps.

Check out http://www.stumptuous.com/ which is a site about resistance training aimed at women, but since weight training for men & women should follow the same basic protocols it is a good read for lads too.

Just keep doing the weights. You will start to see a difference. It just takes a while. ;)

Some sets of pushups and tricep pushups wouldn't hurt either, you can do them on your knees if you can't on your toes and they give nice definition fairly quickly.

it will help to cut down on your intake of high carb foods such as spuds pasta and bread, and restrict eating these food to earlier in the day. no booze, try and work the bigger muscles, such as your legs and bum.

although two weeks isnt very long, its still enough time to make a difference, post up a rough breakdown of your diet, with the rough times you ate, and what exercise you do
