here I was looking at the mikado webpage and can't work out what it actually is...............

    what is it???

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 9,878 ✭✭✭Rozabeez

It's a society. Only online. We drink/go cinema/bowling sometimes. The forum is the main part, but it's handy enough for discounted takeaways and frontpage news shiz.

My one and only foray into mikado was during the elections. They're a tough bunch!

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 8,584 ✭✭✭TouchingVirus

Mikado sleeps the eternal slumber I think, just hadn't the legs to go on....

Of course you're all welcome to start it up again, under a new charter, name etc etc - But really it can only succeed with a lot of people on board, including the SU.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 782 ✭✭✭tootyflutty

You can get a basic timetable on the nuim website, at the bottom of the page there is a link, and you pick your course and subjects. It doesn't have your labs or tutorials yet though.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 197 ✭✭Xxhaylsxx

Well also depends on what subjects your doing? But yes there is a link at bottom of nuim web page

I love me a good Roost session.

Thinking about getting back to that, with that lovely woman who gives me loads of paper towels, calling people by their boards names (;)) and the deathly climb up those stairs from the smoking area after a few pints... *jumps around* can't wait!
