I started the running couch to 5k 2 weeks ago as a start to getting my fitness up.

I am finding it enjoyable making progress and having a clear goal. However i have developed shin splint (self diagnosis!) and I want to give running a miss for 2 weeks to allow to heal.

Is there a similar sort of program for a stationary bike as i wouldnt mind givig this a shot instead of the treadmill.

Any advice any any other low impact fitness prgrams would be welcome as would any advice on shin splints.

    Thanks

For the shin splints best go a Physio and have it diagnosed, i thought I had shin splints and it turned out an arch in my foot had collapsed.

Swimming was recommended to my by the physio to train in while I built up the arch
