mixing supplements?

    ive looked for advice on this but couldnt really see any conclusive advice...basically im wondering whether its a good idea to take protein and creatine at the same time? im currently taking whey protein but would like to do a month of creatine aswel.

    also wondering where would could i find a good deal on creatine in cork, thanks guys.

    But yeah, it's grand. Completely different supplements. It's like taking bread and cheese in the same day.

    For ordering, I use www.nutritionconnection.ie although there are plenty of other options around.

    Q: Can I take Creatine and Protein at the same time?
    A: Firstly, protein is a food product. If you couldn't take creatine and protein at the same time, then you would have to be a strict vegetarian and still you would end out consuming around 40 grams a day just from normal foods. To top this off, creatine is not much use without a significant protein intake. What is the point of pushing your muscles further than they are used to, if you are not going to provide the amino acids necessary for their repair?

    thanks guys appreciate it. im heading to cork tomorro and was just wondering how much i would need for about a month or so, and any suggestions for bargains in cork city?
