We decided since we have to close it we'd close it at a certain high point, and 150,000 was agreed between the mods.

I wish it could just keep going, but ross and conor told dav in the office it was starting to cause strain on the site so it had to close soon.

yeah, why leave your fingerprints behind when you can just leave a whole wolf there to get caught...

Leave a whole wolf who knows what you look like, what direction you're headed, your name. Oh yeah, and he's holding your passport for safety. Good plan.

that's waht im saying! my idea is to just leg it! your idea is to hang around and *clean up* after the incident!

have you any idea how long that could take?! you'd be caught before you've time to speed away then!

    1. Wipe former vehicle for prints.
    2. Douse said vehicle with gasoline
    3. Place former owner of new vehicle inside lawn trash bags.(Don't go cheap.)
    4. Throw bags in trunk
    5. Fire flare at former vehicle form safe distance.
    6. Find nice quiet place to drop bags.
Total time with 3 associates: 10 minutes or less.

ah. i thought you meant to clean all the blood up off the pub floor and chase down the witnesses and stuff...

No, that situation calls for blowing the place up and calmly walking away. They never chase a man walking along quietly.

actually, mate of mine got arrested and forced into a line up while walking quietly down the street, apparently just around the corner, some dudes nicked a car and the owner saw them, went running after them, they turned around and ran him over. and my mate got picked up cos he looks a bit 'alternative'.

Night Froo. I's reading Dean Koontz's Frankenstein. That's set in new Orleans also. Good night all, and goodbye Lair.

It is a rather pleasant one or it would be I'm sure if I were not locked away in my lair watching Californication. 18 watched so far today and 6 more to go.

I'm good, just watching Californication and wondering if perhaps the recent trend for friends to call me Hank Moody isn't exactly a compliment.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 14,698 ✭✭✭✭BlitzKrieg

smithfield has a festival on at the moment, street artists and a breakdancing competition and riot jazz later this evening.

Rather enjoying it, especially the food...organic burgers and dumplings etc.

thought the attendence seems to fluctuate drasticly. One point the place is packed and almost minutes later it is practically empty.

Not yet, had a ticket for it last week but I had to give it to a friend. I think I may head to see it tonight but with 5 episodes of Californication and 13 of Harper's Island to watch I may leave it till tomorrow. One of my favourite actors of all time Callum Keith Rennie features heavily in both.

Going to a preview of Avatar next Saturday, to say I'm excited would be an understatement.

Any exciting developments in your life and how is Basterds?

nothing special from my end tbh, giggin in baldoyle next week which should be fun to say the least!

basterds is brilliant. tarantino on top form, still the king of dialogue even when its not in english (the majority of the movie is in french or german and they bounce between the three) Brad Pitt was brilliant too, definatley cannot reccomend it enough!
