    Hi, this is my proram fr the next four weeks, ayon see any prblems I might have with it

    All of the excersises are sets of 12, 10 and 8.

    Squats
    DB Lunges
    roman Deadlifs
    Seated calf raisesincline db press
    Seated Row
    DB Lateral Raises
    DB Curl
    Over head DB extensions
    Revearse crunch
