there is a small river by the side of the UCI Cinema - enjoy

the traveller camp/halting site at the back of Darndale prob have out door facilities - I heard a guy on the radio from Pavee Point saying how decent travellers were so I've no doubt they'll let you use their showers.

    Baby Wipe Shower!

    It's called a who-ers shower. ;)

But yeah, I was gonna suggest that. Fresh exercise sweat is grand just wiped down with a baby wipe or 3. You're certainly not gonna be stinky by the time you get home for a proper shower.

Make sure you dispose of the baby wipes properly! some are flushable, some are not, I have heard of 2 horror stories about them so far, the ironic thing was one of them was a mate of mine who installs entire bathrooms, so should have known better! he said there were logs floating around his back garden when it blocked, and not the wooden kind...

I occasionally have a "sink" as opposed to a shower. Just lay down a towel in the jacks and splash away. Probably not a good idea in communal sink areas. best confined to cubicals.
